I almost puked with the smell of the fish sauce 😂, but this was sooooo good!

1 lb Chicken breasts sliced into small strips, boneless skinless
2 cups Bean sprouts
1/3 cup Cilantro
2 cloves Garlic
4 Green onions, whites
1 1/2 cups Matchstick carrots
1/2 cup Peanuts, unsalted
3 Eggs, large
1 tbsp Fish sauce
1 tbsp Lime juice
1/4 cup Soy sauce
Pasta & grains
10 oz Rice noodles thai
Baking & spices
1/4 cup Brown sugar, dark packed
1 Red pepper flakes
1 Sesame seeds
Oils & vinegars
2 tbsp Rice vinegar
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 Red bell pepper sliced into thin strips and strips halved
