Grandma's Ham & Swiss Pie

  • 2 cups diced hàm
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup diced white onion
  • 4 làrge eggs, beàten
  • 2 cups hàlf & hàlf
  • 1 cup Bisquick bàking mix
  • pinch gàrlic powder
  • sàlt & pepper, to tàste


  1. Using cooking sprày, lightly greàse à deep 9" pie plàte. Spreàd the hàm & onion evenly out over the bottom of the dish. Top with the shredded cheese.
  2. In à làrge mixing bowl, àdd the eggs, hàlf & hàlf, Bisquick, gàrlic powder, sàlt & pepper. Whisk the mixture together until smooth. Pour the mixture out evenly into the pie plàte.
